Jason Falsetto is a 6th generation native of Pueblo and Southern Colorado, with ties to Aguilar, Trinidad and Pueblo, dating back to 1875. He recently graduated with honors from Colorado State University – Pueblo with a major in Civil Engineering Technology and a minor in Leadership Studies. Jason currently works at Pueblo Community College as the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Outreach Coordinator, promoting accessibility in high education to traditional and non-traditional students in Pueblo and Southwestern Colorado.

In his free time, Jason researches his ancestry, acting as the genealogist for his family; he has reconnected over 150 relatives, and is in the process of writing all family histories into a single compilation. Jason is active with the Pueblo Heritage Museum, where he has aides in museum building upgrades and grants. He has also been part of the Historic Preservation Commission of Pueblo for two years, working with community members to preserve historic structures as small as single family residences, all the way to a potential national historic district for Downtown Pueblo. He is also an active member of the CSU Pueblo Alumni Association, working to keep alumni involved with current students and the community at his alma mater.
